President-Elect
Yay! I'm glad that we (African Americans) have finally made history. On Nov. 4, 2008 I screamed when I heard the good news that Obama was going to be our next president. It felt like a dream. In fact, it was a dream; a dream that finally came true. Some people make jokes about how things are going to be different, now that a black person is going to be in office. One of these remarks were made on the Mind of Mencia Show

ha ha ha ha. I laugh everytime I watch this video. I am also excited about what the future will hold in store for us. It is definately time for change. I think that the video Mr. Mencia did was way drastic. But it was definately funny.
This video was very humorous but at the same time this video only shows what goes thru some ignorant individuals minds in our nation. Yes it is true that the African American community has stereotypes but I feel that Obama will change the views of many. Because with him change will come, but this will only be possible if the black community changes their views on many issues in our society today.
I agree with you guys. It was funny, but drastic. I have faith in Obama so I don't really pay that much attention to these videos. Just because he is African American, does not mean that he is not going to be a good president. He will show the ignorant people that a black man can get the job done just like a white man. He may even change people's views, who do believe in the stereotypes.
